The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers that a 21-mile shoulder widening project along State Route 260 in the Mogollon Rim and Forest Lakes area is now complete.
The $24.9 million SR 260 Rim Road – Gibson Road project consisted of extending and improving drainage features, constructing 5-foot shoulders on both sides of the roadway, making guardrail improvements and spot pavement repairs, and restriping of the roadway.
ADOT thanks the traveling public for their patience and support during construction of this roadway safety improvement project.
