The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for daytime lane restrictions on Interstate 40 in Flagstaff for pavement maintenance work.
The following lane restrictions will be in place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26, through Tuesday, Feb. 17:
I-40 will be intermittently narrowed to one lane in each direction from approximately Woody Mountain Road to Fourth Street (mileposts 193-200).
A 12-foot vehicle width restriction will be in place.
No work is anticipated to take place on weekends or holidays.
Drivers should allow extra travel time and be prepared for slowing or stopped traffic at times in the work zone areas.
