The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers that active work has wrapped up for the year on a project to construct passing lanes on 3 miles of US 60 east of Show Low.
The new passing lanes are currently open to traffic between Little Mormon Lake Road and Bell Spring (mileposts 345 to 348).
Crews will return next year when temperatures warm up to chip seal the road and put down permanent striping.
